I specialise in traditional acupuncture for women's health, providing supportive care throughout the key transition phases of women's lives from conception and childbirth to menopause.
With clinics in St. Albans and Hatfield Hertfordshire, and years of experience in fertility and pregnancy acupuncture, I am a member of several special interest groups which focus on pooling knowledge and experience from traditional and modern clinical approaches, such as the Zita West Fertility Network, the Acupuncture Fertility Network and the Acupuncture Childbirth Team - London.
Traditional acupuncture promotes deep relaxation of body and mind and incorporates ancient wisdom on factors underpinning our health such as diet, exercise, lifestyle and sleep. It has been used to stimulate the body's own healing response for over 2000 years and nowadays more and more people are finding this long established therapy can be a valuable aid to improving their health and wellbeing.
